Miscusi strongly believes in the importance of promoting an open corporate culture built on ethics, transparency, and responsibility.
For this reason it provides everyone with a portal to report any evident irregularities, harassment, bullying, or violence of which one has become aware and that could cause damage or prejudice to the company.
Anyone can submit a report: employees, customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators, partners, and, more generally, any third party.
You can report any fact or behavior (including omissions or only potentially harmful ones), properly substantiated, of which you have become aware and that could cause damage or prejudice to Miscusi. Commercial complaints from customers and personal grievances are excluded.
Thanks to the active and responsible participation of individuals who, with ethical integrity and in good faith, report non-conforming acts and behaviors, Miscusi will be able to identify any irregularities and promptly implement the necessary corrective measures.
All reports are handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality to protect the reporter from any risk of retaliation or impact on their professional or personal life.
