Miscusi is family. 

And this family is constantly growing. 
We are looking for people who share a passion for cooking, who want to grow with us and be an active part of this revolution in the restaurant industry, where people, the supply chain, the product and the community are all leading players in driving change.
Today we are almost 300 young people, more than half of whom are women, who strive to make people happy with a plate of pasta that is good for them and for the planet.

We believe in the potential of people, but to bring it out you need an environment that doesn't exhaust them. Our role is to ensure a healthy work-life balance, recognizing the talents and potential of each individual.
