Il progetto

L’obiettivo di questo progetto è tutto qui: raccontare ciò che normalmente resta invisibile. Dare un volto e una voce a chi lavora la materia prima.

E, soprattutto, creare consapevolezza. Perché scegliere cosa mangiamo è un atto quotidiano, potente e tutt’altro che banale. Questo reportage sarà un viaggio fatto di incontri, territori e storie autentiche.
Senza filtri. A volte leggero, a volte più profondo. Ma sempre sincero. Un racconto che non pretende di dare risposte definitive, ma che vuole accendere domande. Siamo solo all’inizio. Ma una cosa è certa: non torneremo indietro uguali a prima.

Pasta On The Road nasce esattamente da lì: dal bisogno di andare oltre il piatto, oltre la ricetta, per arrivare all’origine. Alla terra, alle mani, alle scelte.

La nostra è una cucina che parte dalla terra. Grani antichi, acqua pura, pomodori cresciuti al sole e formaggi che sanno di tradizione. Ogni salsa è fatta a mano. Ogni ingrediente ha un volto, una storia, un perché. Nulla è li per caso.
