Tagliatelle
Tagliatelle prepared according to our recipe: using only water and our miscusi blend — organic Apulian durum wheat and ancient Sicilian varieties, stone-ground. Bronze-cut in our pasta factory.
Vegan Ragù
Our vegan ragù is prepared according to the traditional ragù recipe, but with a fully plant-based flavor. Peas, red lentils, and corn flour come together with onion, red wine, and tomato passata for a grandma-approved reinterpretation!
